Like many people, we’ve tried our fair share of doggy daycares around the Eastern suburbs and Sophia Gillis is the only one we’ve felt totally comfortable with—actually, to be honest, it’s the ONLY one Mungchi trusts.

One of the reasons why we picked Sophia over other doggy daycares was the fact she was a vet nurse. This gave us confidence that she wasn’t like the others where the dogs are just shoved into a room together.

Sophia runs a doggy daycare near Queens Park.

Doggy daycare runs Monday to Friday, from 8am to 2pm.
All dogs that attend are temperament assessed.
All dogs must show proof of up-to-date vaccinations and tick/flea/worming treatment.
Puppies must have had their third vaccination before joining doggy daycare.

I don’t trust anyone else to look after my dogs

Sophia treats the dogs as they are her own and knows all of their little quirks, likes and dislikes. My dogs have gone from being very anxious and reactive around other dogs and people (classic dachshunds) to being comfortable around others and regulars at Sophia’s doggy day care.

Sophia and her team are amazing!

My dog absolutely loves attending doggie day care twice a week. The team keep me updated during those days with photo’s and videos and then let’s me know if there are any things we need to focus on at home or things they’ll focus on while my dog is with them. My dog has learnt so much from the team and has become a very confident puppy, who keeps them all on their toes escpecally during park time.
